GENERAL DESCRIPTION
  • CD edition is a computer program containing a database of 15000 companies, organizations and state structures of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh
  • CD edition is trilingual (Armenian, Russian, English)
  • CD edition has:
    • search facility with 14 criteria (by name, product/service, trademark, etc.)
    • data printing facility
  • CD edition is released 3 times a year - together with publication of "Spyur’s" directories
  • CD edition is installed in computer without any password
  • CD edition is not copy-protected which means it is possible to have unlimited number of copies


CD EDITION SECTIONS
    SEARCH CRITERIA
    It is possible to search for companies by 14 criteria:
    • name
    • trademark
    • activity (by "Business Directory" and "Yellow Pages" classifiers)
    • importers
    • exporters
    • address (marz/region, locality, administrative district, quarter, street, building/house)
    • telephone number
    • website
    • executive name and surname
    • working days
    • working hours
    • year established
    • number of employees
    • form of ownership
    SEARCH RESULT
    The search result displays the list of company names in compliance with the search criteria. In this section it is possible:
    • to change the language of the name list
    • to change the sort order of listed companies and organizations (either in alphabetic or "Spyur’s" order)
    • to print contact information of selected companies and organizations from the list
    COMPANY INFORMATION
    To view the data of a company in the section "COMPANY INFORMATION" it is necessary to select the company from the "SEARCH RESULT" section.
    20 data of company are available in the section "COMPANY INFORMATION", which are presented in the following 3 groups:
      Contact information
    • name, legal form, overhead organization
    • executive (name, surname, father’s name, position)
    • address (country, zip/postal code, marz/region, locality, administrative district, quarter, street, building/house)
    • telephone (department/position, working hours, telephone number)

GUIDE ON HOW TO USE THE PROGRAM
(presented in "For user" page of the section "Help")
    In the section "SEARCH CRITERIA":
    • In search fields the text must be input in Unicode
    • Regardless which language of the program is selected it is possible to search by company name, executive name, surname in any language
    • The search in the fields "Trademark", "Business Directory" classifier, "Website", "Executive", "Working days", "Working hours", "Year established", "Number of employees", "Form of ownership" is possible only for companies registered with "Spyur-Register"
    • If searching in Armenian it is necessary to type «և» instead of «եւ»
    • If searching in fields "Company name" and "Trademark" it is necessary to type «ԵՎ» or «եվ» instead of «և»
    • In order to view "BUSINESS DIRECTORY" and "YELLOW PAGES" classifiers entirely the search in the section "Activities, products, services by classifiers" must be done by blank field
    In "BUSINESS DIRECTORY" and "YELLOW PAGES" classifiers:
    • If the class of upper level is selected, it means that all its sub-classes are selected
    • If the class of upper level is selected, then it is not possible to view its sub-classes (the "+" button is locked)
    • It is possible to view the sub-class only when its upper level class is not selected
    After clicking (right or left) in "COMPANY INFORMATION" section it is possible to
    • print the company information by pressing Ctrl+P (Print)
    • search in the company information by pressing Ctrl+F (Find)
    • copy the company's marked information by pressing Ctrl+C (Copy)

HOW TO OBTAIN THE CD EDITION OR HOW IT IS DISTRIBUTED
    Possible to download from "Spyur’s" www.spyur.am website free of charge (from the sub-section "CD edition" of the section "Our Products")
    Free of charge to:
    • all companies and organizations registered with "Spyur-Register" (by delivery)
    • non-registered companies and organizations after visiting "Spyur" with a letter (one copy a year)
    • state authorities and institutions
    • embassies and consulates of foreign countries in Armenia
    • embassies and consulates of Armenia abroad
    Sale (price - 500 drams):

HOW A COMPANY CAN BE INCLUDED IN CD EDITION
    In order to be included with full information in the CD edition, any company or organization operating in Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenian diaspora should be registered with "Spyur-Register". For this purpose it is necessary to fill in the application form for registration on www.spyur.am or get in contact with "Spyur" and call a commercial representative.

    Statistics on using the CD edition
      According to the results of the research implemented by "Spyur" in May 2012 the statistics on using the CD edition is as follows:
